Patient Rights Now sells silicone advocacy wristbands. All sales are final — we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Refunds are granted only in the most exceptional circumstances — for example, if your order arrives damaged or defective — and always at our sole discretion. If something is wrong with your order, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
