Products & advocacy
Our wristbands are advocacy merchandise that support the movement for stronger patient rights. They are not medical devices, provide no medical service, and confer no clinical, legal, financial, or emergency-response benefit on their own.
Advocacy goals & no guarantee of outcomes
Patient Rights Now advocates for four patient rights: Fair Prices (clear, real-time, itemized pricing — such as a PIGH Price — before care), Fair Notes (open medical records you can read and propose corrections to), Fair Recording (your right to record your own care), and Fast Help (rapid, neighbor-based emergency response through Neighbor 911).
These are goals we organize toward — not services we provide or outcomes we can promise. We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that any of these four rights will be honored, available, or enforceable in your particular situation. Whether they become reality depends on factors outside our control, including significant buy-in and rule-making by healthcare accreditation and governance bodies (such as The Joint Commission, regulators, insurers, and providers), changes in law and policy, and — for Fast Help — broad community support for and widespread participation in Neighbor 911.
Purchasing a wristband, sharing your story, or using this website does not create any entitlement to a fair or final price, to access or correction of your medical records, to record a visit, or to any particular emergency response or response time. Nothing on this site is legal, medical, or financial advice.
Orders & payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely via PayPal and supported card/wallet methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
All sales final
All sales are final. Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion — see our All Sales Final policy.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patient Rights Now and Lifesaver Labs are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any reliance on the advocacy goals described above, arising from use of our products or website.
